1. Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

2. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

  • You can provide a video of the unboxing as proof of any issue (damage/missing items).

⚠️ Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as “changed mind”, “accidental order”, or “no longer needed” after the product has been used.

 

3. Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at support@kawadrs.store within 7 days of receiving your item.

  2. Include the following details:

     

    • Your order number

    • Clear photo or video evidence of the issue

     

  3. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days.

  4. If approved, we will provide return instructions or process a refund depending on the situation.

 

4. Return Shipping Fees

  • If the issue is our fault (wrong item, defective, damaged): we will cover all return shipping costs.

  • If the issue is on the customer’s side (wrong size, changed mind, etc.): you are responsible for return shipping.

 

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
